- Commercial value and compliance. We treat compliance as a foundation for better decisions, not an end in itself.
- Integrity. We do not overstate outcomes, imply assurance we have not performed or make unsupported environmental claims.
- Human accountability. AI assists research and drafting; accountable human judgement directs and reviews material work.
- Respect for people, privacy and confidentiality. Client information and personal data are entrusted information.
Governance and client delivery
Founders jointly oversee this policy, public ESG claims and significant data, AI, supplier and client-delivery risks. We define scope, intended use, limitations and reliance conditions; identify conflicts; retain decision-useful evidence; and decline work that requires misleading presentation or inappropriate use of confidential information.
Environmental practice
We prefer virtual meetings where appropriate, plan travel to avoid unnecessary trips, purchase proportionately and consider the security, reliability and relevant sustainability practices of material technology and hosting providers. During our first full financial year of trading, we will establish a simple operational baseline for material travel, technology and procurement impacts. We will not claim carbon neutrality, net zero alignment or emissions reductions without documented evidence.
People
We maintain a respectful, safe and inclusive workplace; do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or retaliation; and support capability development in climate-commercial, reporting, data and AI practice.
Data & AI
We use least-privilege system access, multi-factor authentication and approved systems for client information. AI assists research and drafting under accountable human direction and review. We do not place client-confidential or personal information into unapproved AI tools.
Privacy
We handle personal information with care and only use it for legitimate business, client-service and legal purposes. We limit access to those who need it, take proportionate steps to protect it, and respond to privacy questions or concerns through our contact channels.
Suppliers and transparency
For material suppliers, we consider security, privacy, service continuity, data location, value and decision-useful environmental and social practices. We keep an internal ESG action register covering policy review, material controls, operating data limitations, training, incidents and approved public statements.
